Welcome to Pizzeria Coco! These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and expectations for booking our mobile pizza catering services. By booking with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Pizzeria Coco provides mobile brick oven pizza catering for private events, weddings, corporate functions, and other gatherings across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. Our services include on-site live pizza cooking and any additional offerings as agreed upon in your final quote.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A custom quote will be provided after discussing your event details.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
- Contact us regarding payment methods.
- Full payment must be made before the event date, unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event are 100% non-refundable.
- We may allow rescheduling based on availability — please ask us about this during your booking process.
4. Event Requirements & Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide a flat, accessible outdoor space for our setup (e.g., driveway or parking lot).
- A confirmed guest count is required 14 days before the event. Changes after that point may affect pricing.
- Any necessary permits or venue approvals must be communicated to us in advance so we can obtain them accordingly.
- Pizzeria Coco is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather or venue restrictions.
5. Liability & Damages
- Pizzeria Coco LLC is not liable for damages, accidents, or injuries that occur during the event unless caused by our negligence.
- The client is responsible for any damages to our equipment caused by event attendees or venue conditions.
6. Privacy Policy
- We collect personal information (such as name, phone number, and email) solely for booking and communication purposes.
- We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to process payments or provide services.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Maryland.
